Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is completely free — no credit card, no commitment. Just sign up and start.
What happens at the end of the Free period?
After 30 days or 30 tickets (whichever first) — the account enters frozen mode. You can still view tickets and export data, but not receive new ones. Upgrading cancels the freeze immediately.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is for a solo technician with up to 150 tickets/month. Business allows up to 5 technicians with unlimited tickets — perfect for growing teams.
Is my data secure?
Each technician gets a separate database. No one can access another's data. All connections are SSL encrypted.
What happens when I exceed 150 tickets on Pro?
The portal shows a quota-exhausted message. The counter resets at the start of the next month. You can also upgrade to Business at any time.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing saves 20%. Pro: $191/yr (vs $239), Business: $566/yr (vs $708), Team: $1,430/yr (vs $1,788).
