DEVIX is a B2B customer support and ticketing platform that enables businesses to manage service requests from their clients. By registering and using DEVIX, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Registration and Account
Registration requires providing accurate business details. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The account owner is fully responsible for the security of their access credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
3. Plans and Limitations
DEVIX offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Pro, Business, Team) with different feature sets and usage limits as described on the pricing page. Usage that exceeds plan limits may result in service restrictions or an upgrade requirement.
The Free plan includes a 30-day trial period with a limit of 30 tickets. Upon expiry — either when 30 days have elapsed or 30 tickets have been submitted, whichever comes first — the account is frozen and new ticket submissions are blocked. Existing data remains accessible and the account can be reactivated by upgrading to a paid plan.
4. Team Technicians
Depending on their subscription plan, account owners may invite additional technicians to their team. Technicians receive access to the support dashboard and can manage tickets assigned to them. The account owner is responsible for the actions of their technician team members.
5. Permitted Use
The platform may only be used for legitimate business purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications to end clients
- Automated abuse, scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform
- Any activity that harms the platform, other users, or third parties
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
6. Attached Files
Files uploaded through the platform must be in a supported format (PNG, JPG, WebP). Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. DEVIX reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
7. Webhook and Integrations
The Webhook feature allows integration with external services selected and configured by the account owner. DEVIX is not responsible for the availability, reliability, security, or data handling practices of any external services connected via Webhook. The account owner is solely responsible for ensuring that Webhook integrations comply with applicable data protection laws.
8. Client Data (Data Processing)
The account owner acts as the data controller for their end clients' personal data. DEVIX acts as a data processor on behalf of the owner. The owner is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate legal basis (e.g., consent or legitimate interest) to collect and process client data, and for informing their clients accordingly.
9. Changes and Deletion of Data
Account owners may edit or delete their data at any time through the account settings. Upon account deletion, all data — including tickets, uploaded files, and team member records — is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
10. Liability and Limitations
DEVIX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
11. Suspension and Account Termination
DEVIX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users, third parties, or the service itself. We will attempt to provide notice before taking such action where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account deletion.
