Refund Policy

DEVIX is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your DEVIX subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to subscription renewals.

3. Subscription Renewals
Monthly and annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund only within the first 14 days of the initial purchase. After this period, annual plan payments are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future renewals at any time.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your DEVIX dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and your account will remain accessible until that date.
6. Exceptions
Refunds outside the 14-day window may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A verifiable technical issue on our side that prevented access to the service for an extended period
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error

7. Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
